How do I track my parcel?

Retrieve the package number either directly on the "my orders" page or on the left side of your shipping label.

Go to Track your parcel - Happy Post, enter your package number and click "Search". You will be able to view the delivery stage your package is in.

Are you waiting for a package but not the one who sent it? Approach the sender so that they can give you the package number.
