How to prepare the file for parcel import – Happy-Post EN

We recommend that you download the template file to be followed and use this file to import your packages.

Attention: it is imperative to respect the order and the wording of each column for your import to work. The columns in yellow are mandatory as well as the columns "postal code" and "HS CODE".

Remember to click on "Activate content" in the Excel file, so that you can make changes.

The information requested is divided into 4 categories: the package, the sender's address, the recipient's address and customs declarations. Below are the details of the cells and columns:

Each row in the file denotes one single package. For multiple items in the same package, you can add multiple "Customs Article" columns. There can be a maximum of 5 distinct article types in one package so a maximum of 5 Customs article columns.
