👉 If there’s a difference between the details you entered during your order and the actual measurements, a pricing adjustment is automatically applied.
How does it work?
The adjustment simply reflects the difference between:

the declared information (weight/dimensions), and

the actual data measured by our team during processing.
The amount is automatically added to your Happy-Post account:

If you paid by credit card, a charge will be applied to your account.

If you pay by direct debit, the amount will be included in your end-of-month invoice.
