Additional payments might be required in certain cases.
Case 1
For each package you ship, a check is made on dimensions and weight. If we find a discrepancy between what you declared when ordering and the elements checked, we will adjust the price.
This tariff adjustment corresponds to the difference between your declared elements and the measurements carried out by our teams. This adjustment is automatically added to your Happy-Post account for payment by credit card. If you pay by direct debit, the amount will be automatically debited at the end of the month. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to contact our customer service.
Case 2
Sometimes if a package cannot be delivered as the address was incorrect or the recipient moved to a different address, the package will come back to your facility. At that stage we can either
- Return the package to you - in this case you need to pay a charge for shipping the parcel back to you
- Destroy the parcel
Our customer service will reach out to you to know your choice. If you choose for the parcel to be returned, you would then received an additional payment invoice.
