- What is phishing?
Phishing is a fraud technique used to obtain personal information (password, credit card number, etc.). This type of scam takes place on the internet.
Typically, it comes in the form of an email received on your inbox, where you are either asked for personal information or you are guided to a malicious site. Most often, the email is written in such a way as to have an urgent nature or to pretext a problem, to be solved immediately.
You can also receive text messages or phone calls.

Note that Happy-Post's only site is https://happy-post.com/fr/
-
Check that the sender address ends in @happy-post.com and that it is not generic (@gmail.com, @outlook.com...). Also remember to be vigilant about the formatting of the email (spelling, grammar, absence of logo ...) which can reveal fraud.
-
If the email asks you for sensitive information such as your credit card number, beware, because at Happy-Post, we will never ask you for such information by email or phone.
-
If you receive text messages, do not reply because Happy-Post does not solicit you through this channel at this time.
-
Regarding payment:
- It is always carried out by the one who sends the package (the sender) and not by the one who receives it (the recipient),
- It is always carried out on our https://uk.happy-post.com/en/ website, via your shopping cart,
- You will never be asked to make a payment by money order, bank transfer or telephone.
Attention: Happy-Post may ask you by email to regularize an underdeclared package or during additional invoicing. Thus, you will receive an email redirecting you to your Happy-Post account to make the payment directly on our site. Under no circumstances will we ask you to settle a payment other than these, or in any other form of payment (CB only and on our site. No check, transfer or money order...).
